At Canford Healthcare we specialise in providing quality residential care for the elderly across our group of care homes. A fantastic and exciting opportunity at Maples Care Home.

As the Clinical Manager, you have responsibility for assisting in the day to day management of the Home and care team. As part of the management team you will have responsibility for ensuring that the home operates successfully ensuring the best possible care is provided to our residents. 

 You will have previous experience within a similar role and hold an NVQ5 in Health and Social Care.

In the role of Clinical Manager we would expect you to have a “hands on approach” to working with the Nursing & Care teams ensuring we apply the highest standards of modern and professional practice, ensuring all the needs of the residents are individually catered for, with particular emphasis for emotional, spiritual, nursing and physical requirements.

You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week and this will entail working some weekends.
